My notorious reputation for character favoritism and exclusivity definitely reached its zenith when I discovered Talim. I hardly touch the other characters, and I've never managed to like any of them enough to play them more than once or twice. There are a couple of reasons why Talim is my favorite; I think the first would be that she fits with my style of play. Talim is very in your face, very offensive, and very fast. She isn't as quick as Taki, but still much quicker than the others I could choose from. I'm not the kind of player who takes time to read an opponent's moves and counter accordingly. I prefer to attack, attack, and attack. Ferociously. Talim lets me leave no openings and no time to hit back. She doesn't pack a very powerful punch, but her speed makes up for it. And the throws! Oh my, the throws. Another reason why I decided to do a tribute to Talim is her personality, which I can identify with on many different levels. I tend to lean towards characters with which I share many similarities, and Talim probably takes the cake. Hello, she's even Filipino! Eeekk! So yeah, this fansite was built on 100% Talim Love! ^^
